Our program partners need your help to provide life-saving food relief and sanitation supplies to children and families in India hit by a cyclone and COVID-19.
The young people we serve in India and their families are in dire need of help. Already struggling to make it through India's COVID-19 surge, our programs in Gujarat were recently hit by Cyclone Tauktae, the strongest storm the region has experienced in twenty years. The cyclone left the families of the children we serve without electricity, safe drinking water or food. In many cases, their homes were damaged or destroyed.
We need your help to provide them with emergency food and sanitation supplies to protect them from extreme hunger and further exposure to COVID-19. A gift of $60 is enough to provide a family of 5-6 with enough food and supplies to last them a month. Our program partners have marshalled over 600 volunteers to quickly and safely get food into the hands of hungry children and their families. All they need now is the funds to buy enough dry rations (such as rice, wheat and potatoes) for the families that were hit the hardest. Your gift today will feed families in desperate need of help. Please give as generously as you can.
